What's the Diff?
Click Here to Learn: What's the difference between an Online DESTINATION Guide and an Online EDCUCATION Guide?
Online Destination Guides (the structure is described below) focus on awesome places to take your dog for a hike. They are grouped by region, by town or even by topic (such as dog hikes at historical places).
Online Education Guides comprise topics such as dog care advice, seasonal hiking advice, etc. These focus on subject matter to help us all better take care of our dogs, instead of to just to bring them to cool places.

About the Online Guides:
What are they like? How are they set up?
These Online Destination Guides and Online Education Guides are set up like an online course. Super organized and sleek design--not boring! Videos on the trails, images, personal commentary videos from Brian, Conservation tips, historical information and so much more. Track your progress. Comment on each "lesson".
Each Online Guide (whether it's a "Destination" Guide or an "Education" Guide), has chapters and lessons. For example, with the Destination Guides, a chapter could comprise a dog hiking destination within a region. And that destination (chapter) could be broken down into 2 lessons. 1 lesson could be the rules and property info, and the 2nd lesson could be detailed sections of the actual trails.
An Online Education Guide, is set up just like a Destination Guide. These Education Guides consist of topics such as dog training and other advice, as opposed to destinations.
Why wouldn't I just Google the info myself?
Mass Dog Hikes Online Destination and Education Guides are ALL-IN-ONE goldmines of my personal research and commentary.
In a ONE-STOP-SHOP, I let you know the secrets and surprises I've found...after visiting these trails a ton of times, talking to locals and learning of hidden spots and surprises that only my dog walking clients knew about--sometimes not even listed as a public trail by the town.
And my Educational Guides give you personal dog care expertise that I've accumulated over several years as a dog care business owner.
If you didn't use a Destination Guide, and visited a property, which section would you hit if you only had a given amount of time? Would you pick the section that had the hidden cave? Or would you have hit the other side and totally missed the surprise?
For example in the Online Destination Guides, I actually include videos of the trails that I personally shot on site, with personal commentary in the form of videos where I address the camera and speak directly to you about how cool these places are, if they are on-leash or off-leash, etc.
You'll get my personal recommendations such as the best picnic spot that no one knows about. Where to park if the main lot is full. What's the best time of year to hit that particular area.
The Online Guides Offer A Community!
These Online Destination Guides and Online Education Guides will help you whether you're looking for a new place to take your dog for exercise and fun, or if you need a little advice on things like winter dog hiking and tick prevention. But there's even more benefits...
You've got a community in both types of the Online Guides! You can always comment inside our online guides to interact with the Mass Dog Hikes community to get the most out of you experience. The MDH community is waiting to hear from you! And we're always looking for your input on how we can add to, and improve, the Guides.
